Ghost Hunting 101 Classes at the Ohio State Reformatory
Mansfield, Ohio with Sherri Brake
Join us for a 2 hour daytime class and a night hunt that evening!
Saturday May 9th 2020- WE HOPE TO BOOK ANOTHER DATE THSI YEAR- stay tuned!
Pick the 1pm class or 4pm class
and then return for the
8:00pm-2:00am Private Investigation with Sherri
Age 13 and up with a parent/guardian paid - $115 per soul
Pick a class time to learn all about the texhniques of investigating, paranormal hotspots in the Reformtaory, a bit of the history of the building and then come back at 8:00pm that night for a PRIVATE investigation until 2:00am.
** NOTE: For those of you attending, we supply a workbook/pen/coffee /bottled water for class.
For your nighttime investigation, wear good shoes for walking, bring a flashlight or headlamp,any ghosthunting equipment you want to use etc.. A camera and a digital voice recorder are suggested. We will supply pizza and beverages that night on your investigation.

Designed by Levi Scofield and built to inspire, reform and convert the inmates, this facility became over crowded and outdated by the 1990s.
The cornerstone was laid on November 4, 1886. Learn the history of the property from the early days as a Civil War training camp to its modern day role. |
Go for the Paranormal Activity
The Ohio State Reformatory has been featured in many television series, movies, documentaries, even a few music videos! The most popular of the movies filmed onsite would be the Shawshank Redemption
Many of the shows filmed at the Reformatory have been of the paranormal sort. TAPS Ghosthunters. Ghost Adventures, Ghost Hunters Academy and Scariest Places on Earth, to name just a few. |

This event is a two-part course in paranormal investigating. Join acclaimed paranormal investigator, Sherri Brake in the light of the day for a two-hour seminar on the basics of ghost hunting. You will receive hands-on experience with professional grade ghost hunting equipment.
GHOSTHUNT AT NIGHT- In the evening, Sherri will host a private ghost hunt for all class participants. Put what you've learned to the test, and explore the building as a paranormal investigator.
During this event, Sherri will help with the following:
