Sherri Brake is an author of several published books on haunted history and spooky locations. She was a monthly columnist for 10 years and her column, Fireside Folklore, was a popular read in Two Lane Livin' magazine. Sherri organizes tours to various dark history locations across several states and overseas to Ireland and Scotland.
She has been featured on several tv shows and has been a paranormal consultant for several shows such as TAPS Ghost Hunters, Ghost Lab, Ghost Adventures, ABC's Scariest Places on Earth, Paranormal State and most recently on the TRVL Channels new series, Destination Fear airing fall of 2019.
Sherri instructs classes on the paranormal, speaks at various club and organizations and does presentations for schools and libraries. She has over 30 years experience in the field of the paranormal and has owned Haunted Heartland Tours since beginning the company in 2002.
She lives on a farm in central West Virginia with chickens, cats, dogs and a ghost by the name of Mr. Thomas. Sherri is the mother of two normal human beings. :-)
